Spire Realty is moving forward with a new Downtown Dallas Real Estate Mixed Use project in the Dallas Art District. The Spire will consist of five mixed use buildings including commercial, retail, and residential developments. Investors have acquired close to twelve acres bounded by Ross, I 75 North Central Expressway, and Leonard Street that may be the next urban district in Downtown Dallas. The Spire Real Estate Project in Downtown Dallas has been in planning for more than a decade with land acquistion and is expected to take at least a decade to develop.
2400 San Jacinto | 2500 Ross Avenue
The 2400 San Jacinto Spire project will include a 21 story building with nine plus levels of parking including below grade and above grade, 360, 570 square feet of office space, 21,320 square feet of retail space at street level, and 36 residential flats and two story Dallas Lofts at approximately 1,300 square feet. The entire Dallas Spire project is expected to cover over 11.3 acres with a total of 128,000 square feet of retail, 1,664,700 square feet of office space and 337 residential units.
