First time home buyers
FIRST HOME PURCHASE
Rusty and Meesha Williams wanted to buy their first home.

Rusty: |
We were so
overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a home that we just put it on the
back burner for the first two years of our marriage. It seemed so
complicated. |

Meesha: |
Yeah, until I
saw the house I wanted with a for sale sign outside. |

It was like
she went to buy groceries and came back with a house. |

It was beautiful and I
knew it was the house for us.

The Williams had few assets,
and Rusty is a self-employed carpenter.

It was grim.
